Next weekend is the Backpacking Club's annual car camp in the high desert 
at Indian Cove, Joshua Tree NM.  We have one of the group camps reserved 
for Oct 4 - 6.

This is strickly a come & go when you like trip.  If you want to just "lay 
in the rays" & recover from some of the work pressures, do some sight 
seeing around the Monument or join some of us for a little rock climbing 
(beginners are welcome, equipment not necessary), kite flying or whatever, 
then come on out.  There's usually some entertainment, too - when it comes 
time to light my antique stove.  But that's before the evening campfire not 
instead of.

603-5574), for details or message me.  We do have some limits on group size 
and vehicles.
